I founded Daniel Sagiv Law Group after having advocated for hundreds of people injured in car accidents, slip and fall accidents, dog bites, and other traumatic accidents. I represent surgeons, doctors, chiropractors, and MRI/diagnostic imaging facilities in PIP lawsuits that were either denied payment, or underpaid by insurance companies, in PIP (personal injury protection) lawsuits. Through strategic negotiation and litigation, I work tirelessly to secure for my clients the largest settlements possible. 

I am passionate about helping people who have been injured, and about fighting for those who have been treated wrongfully by insurance companies. I strive to promote an understanding of the legal process, and continuously communicate with my clients by making myself, or my staff, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Prior to founding Daniel Sagiv Law Group, I practiced at a boutique law firm in south Florida, where I served as head of the Personal Injury Department. I graduated with honors from The University of Miami and from Florida International University School of Law, where I earned the distinction of being a member of Law Review and The Board of Advocates (Moot Court). I was also a recipient of the Florida Bar’s “Outstanding Local Government Award.” In addition, I am an NBPA certified sports agent for The National Basketball Association.

I have been admitted to practice law in both Florida and New Jersey. I am a member of the Florida Justice Association, the Broward County Bar Association, and the Palm Beach County Bar Association as a Personal Injury Committee Member.
